Could be a great TV, but with some caveats
This is a great TV using the latest technology, has great features and was bought at a great price. However, the documentation that came with the TV is not great from Sony. The writing isn’t easy to read (very small text), and not written in language easy to understand and without helpful images. Unfortunately, as far as I’m aware, thinkassemble.co.uk doesn’t offer a setup service. Yes, you can follow the onscreen prompts, but they can be quite technical and leave you wandering how to answer the questions. I have had to power off the TV and then restart it because it has “frozen” on several occasions. Is it just my TV, or a problem with with each example of this model? I saved nearly £700 over the price of those from high street retailers, but at the cost of not being able to get the optimum from the TV.
