Disappointing, mattress isn’t cooling, and already showing dip impressions after 3 months.

Firmer than expected
This mattress is supportive but I would suggest it’s more like a firm support as opposed to medium/firm as advertised. I thought with the memory foam top it would be softer than it is. I have however woken up without backache and I no longer feel my partner moving/changing position during the night. The mattress isn’t hot either which is a positive but I have invested in a memory foam topper to put on top of the mattress as it is just a bit too firm for me to be comfortable.

thinkassemble.co.uk’s discount made it happen, Simba is reputable for a reason and lives up to its name. I’m a furniture designer/ carpenter, made a new bed and saw via an email thinkassemble.co.uk had a sale on. The price was affordable and the cheapest around so we bought ourselves a new Simba mattress to accompany our new bed. As always Simba mattress doesn’t disappoint but it only happened thanks to thinkassemble.co.uk’s sale.

Delivery was not good
Delivery was not as stated. It took 3 weeks and communication notation was non existent, I had to ring thinkassemble.co.uk 2 times to try and find out what the delay was and they really didn’t help the situation as so reliant on the delivery company for Simba mattresses. Not good service. Not sure yet about the mattress it seems too firm at the moment.

Perfect mattress!
My partner and I were very nervous about buying a memory foam mattress without being able to see it and try it out first but we are very happy with the Simba Hybrid king size mattress. We both like a fairly firm mattress with a little give where needed and this mattress doesn’t disappoint. We slept well on it from the very first night.

Simba proving to be very comfortable.
Old mattress was causing poor sleep and back pain. After looking at several other brands we decided on a Simba. thinkassemble.co.uk were significantly cheaper than other retailers and ordering / delivery was very quick. The mattress is comfortable, deeper and firmer than my old mattress and I’m finding it improves my sleep.

Love our new super king Simba mattress. Delivered in around 7 days from ordering. Comes vacuum packed and rolled in a big box. An hour after unsealing the mattress was ready to use. Very comfy and I love that the top zips off for easy washing. Around £300 cheaper from thinkassemble.co.uk than other retailers when I purchased. Would definitely recommend.

Simba Mattress
Ordered unseen and untried from thinkassemble.co.uk. The mattress arrived on time in a box! A first for me. After removing and leaving for the appropriate time we have slept on this Simba mattress for a couple of months now and we are impressed! It’s a little firm but, for me, it’s a great nights sleep

Simba hybrid mattress king size
I purchased the Simba Hybrid mattress king size back in January 25. I read lots of different mattress reviews and decided it was the right mattress for me. It is really well made with a lovely washable cover and is quite lightweight so easy to turn when needed.
Normal king size fitted sheets fit it perfectly so there is no need to buy deep sheets. I have turned the mattress every month as instructed, which as I mentioned, is really easy to do.
Unfortunately for me, I have had really bad back ache since my purchase. I wake up with it every morning and throughout the day it goes but then is back by the next morning. I also struggle to turn over on it throughout the night.
I initially thought that the back ache would pass as I know it takes time to get used to a new mattress but it hasn’t. I unfortunately went over the 200 night trial period as I wanted to give it a good go so I’m now looking at purchasing an alternative product.
The reviews that I read were really positive so for some people, it may suit them really well, just not for me.

Brilliant Mattress
this is an amazing mattress and you will not regret buying it, and my reason for not giving it 5 stars was the length of time it took for delivery and the lack of tracking information. For some reason it came from Europe (may be why it is cheaper to get here than direct from Simba) but my mum order one direct from Simba 6 days after I placed my order here and she got her mattress before me.
