Mrs Wembley –
Silent night super king sized bed
Bed ok but doesn’t appear very well made, delivery drivers were supposed to assemble the bed, they started but said some legs were missing, and two of them were wrong. On contacting thinkassemble.co.uk they contacted Silent Night and said they would get back to me 48 hours, they didn’t contact me , I phoned them! They had the information from silent night and asked us to look at the legs again , they were in fact correct!
My husband ended up putting the bed up which was really heavy as it was a super kingsize bed.
So to sum up – if we were to buy again , would have asked drivers to take the bed back if parts of it weren’t correct, I feel they were rushing their deliveries and couldn’t be bothered assemble the bed. Once we had accepted delivery then it was our problem.
Luckily the bed was for guest room otherwise we would have been in a predicament without a bed for 3 days whilst the above issues were sorted.

Not very good quality.
We have had the base not 2 weeks and really not good quality at all, i have had to call to complain as the bed is sagging in the middle at one side and making a noise when sat on, we had the bed put together by silentnight/ delivery people. Awaiting for them to respond.

Not great. The bed was delivered damaged with tears in it, the drawers were uneven and and the headboard was very lightweight and flimsy. It was returned.
