Very comfortable
Bought two of these for my twin boys bunk beds. They have not complained and have said they are very comfortable. We as adults have not slept on them but they do indeed feel quite firm and comfy. The only downside is the smell. It advises leaving open for 24 hours before sleeping on them so we opened them and left them for the weekend as we were going away and we are glad we did. Two weeks on and there is still a faint smell from their room. Its a sort of foam/paint/rubber odour and is finally going so if you do order them, ensure you ventilate the room well but overall I am very happy with them

Firm mattress
I’ve used this mattress for only two weeks, after a rather disastrous courier delivery. The memory foam should still improve, as apparently it takes a while. The mattress is firmer than some memory foam mattresses, although it is comfortable. I find that in the morning, the area where I’ve slept has a big dent and I’m lying in a hollow. I’m petite, so if I were larger, this might be a problem. The hollow fills out again when I’m off the bed, so by night time, it’s back to normal. I suppose that’s what memory foam is meant to do, but I think it may be more obvious as the mattress is firm to start with. I am sleeping comfortably, so this isn’t necessarily a complaint, just an observation.

VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY AND VERY COMFORTABLE
I WAS INITIALLY ATTRACTED BY THE PRICE AND THOUGHT THE MATTRESS WOULD BE WORTH A TRY. IF I DIDN’T LIKE IT I WOULD PUT IT ON THE GUEST ROOM BED! AS IT TURNED OUT I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE QUALITY OF SLEEP AND DID NOT WAKE WITH BACK ACHE ANYMORE.
MY ONLY RESERVERVATIONS ABOUT RECOMMENDING THIS PRODUCT IS THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT THREE OR FOUR DAYS FOR THE “ODOUR” TO DIE DOWN THAT IS PREVALENT WHEN OPENING THE PACKAGING; AND MAKE SURE THE COVER IS IN THE CORRECT POSITION BEFORE ALLOWING THE FOAM TO EXPAND. YOU WILL HAVE GREAT DIFFICULTY MOVING THE ZIPPED COVER WHEN THE FOAM IS FULLY EXPANDED.

Excellent value
I bought this Mattress at the start of March 2019. It arrived within a couple of days which was faster than expected. I unrolled it and left it for the recommended 24 hours to regain it s shape before use. It has been very comfortable to sleep on which has been a relief. I bought this mattress after reading other thinkassemble.co.uk customer reviews having never slept on memory foam before. I find it comfortable and get a good nights sleep on it. The value for money is excellent and I would recommend this mattress.

Lovely mattress
I was a little disappointed when we first unwrapped the mattress as it didn’t seem as thick as I had imagined. However, after leaving it for 24 hours on the base, it fully expanded and seems a lovely comfortable mattress. Very pleased with it and good value for money.

Very good mattress.
My wife and I bought this mattress about 3 weeks ago as a replacement for another similar mattress which is about 6 years old. Although the old one wasn’t faulty, we thought that it was about time to replace it. The new one arrived after only 2-3 days, which quite surprised us. When it did, we unpacked it and left it on a spare bed for 24 hours to fully expand. We swapped it for our old one and found that it is somewhat firmer than the old one, but very comfortable nevertheless. I would not hesitate to recommend these mattresses.

Nice feel and good quality. I would have preferred it a bit deeper, as it is thinner than the standard mattress. Depending on your bed frame, this might or might not be a problem.

Poor quality Mattress
This mattress is rubbish. We’ve had it less than 3 months and it has already gone to the tip and we’ve bought a replacement. The mattress is very thin and after only a week we could feel the slats in the bed through it. After a couple of months we both ended up with aches each morning.

Very comfortable mattress
I’ve owned the 7 zone and 3 zone and for the price, the 5 zone is excellent value. Very comfortable sleep. Mattress is firm so those with pocket spring mattresses in the past may find it too firm. I’m the opposite, tried pocket spring and hate it! This is evenly firm all the way through and makes for a good sleep every night.

Cosy and Comfortable
The mattress arrived on time at the beginning of May. Follow the instructions to allow the mattress to 24 hours to recover from begin rolled. The mattress I am very please to say has exceeded expectations on the comfort. Hubby now doesn’t have any aches and pains on the joints around hips and knees. Great cosy sleep for me.

Good quality spare mattress
We’ve used this mattress for the spare bedroom, and like the other comments on here say – you need to leave it for a couple of days to allow it to firm up and expand. Once that’s done then you’re in the clear. The feel of the mattress is quiet firm – don’t let that put you off though as you soon sink into it.
I’ve had a lie-down on it but yet to sleep in it.
The smell from the mattress wasn’t as bad as some people was saying – yes it has that ‘new memory foam’ smell, but we honestly didn’t have an issue, and it didn’t smell the room out – we did well ventilate the room though since previous reviews recommended it.
Overall its a good quality mattress, very good size, nice to sleep in (so says my partners sister) and cheap enough as well.
We ordered this on the Saturday and was delivered by the Monday – that’s faster than royal mail !

Very good quality, accurate description!
Bought two for my little girls bedroom, tried sleeping on it and it was comfy, had a good sleep coz I wake up the next morning thinking I’m sleeping on my bed (had a Tempur mattress) same feels for my back. My 6 yo daughter loves it too.
The only negative thing is the delivery, ordered 2 5 zone mattress, initially 1 mattress arrived but it was a 3 zone, rang customer service, they dealt the issue straight away but 2nd time they collected the wrong mattress and delivered just 1 again, it took almost 2 weeks to get it right.
1 of the mattress hasn’t fully expanded yet, it looks like a wedge mattress the moment. It must have been rolled for a long time. Can’t be bother to return it back after the long wait and hassle.
I’ve given 4 stars for the quality of the mattress it really does mold to your body, firm but comfy, guaranteed a good night sleep.

Great Value And Comfortable
I ordered this for my mum after looking around and realising that the price at thinkassemble.co.uk was far cheaper than elsewhere. It arrived three days after the order was placed and we were given notice of the delivery the previous day which proved to be accurate.
