Very happy with the bed set
I bought this about 3 weeks ago as a full replacement bed for my 14 year old son. The divan is as expected: simple, uncomplicated and does what is intended. It comes with 6 coasters and two sturdy draws and the colour looks good too. The mattress is a regular coil spring type but with the memory foam topper adds a layer of luxury – I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying it without it.

Had a problem with 3 of the drawers, one had a the guys delivering were so moody, they seemed annoyed at having to go up stairs to put bed in bedroom, where else would it go? runner missing, had to get a new one delivered. The base dropped out of 2 drawers within a few days of having the bed. Hadn’t even put much in them. Couldn’t be bothered with customer service waiting times so bought furniture glue and fixed it myself. The mattress is comfy tho

The storage drawers are very flimsy and one of them was broken when the bed was put together. thinkassemble.co.uk dealt with the issue very well and a replacement drawer was sent by Silentnight, but unfortunately, this too was damaged. We are now awaiting another replacement drawer! The drawers should be made much more sturdy. Disappointing.

Bought bed for my 16 year old who wanted a larger bed. Having bought a divan bed for my younger son from Bedworld there was no way was i going to buy rubbish again. The difference between a piece of crap from Bedworld, which was only £30 cheaper after a load of hassle, and the silent night bed is visible. Really good strong base and a quality mattress for a great price.

When assembling we noticed that one of the drawers was damaged on the inside. (Wasn’t visible externally). Contacted thinkassemble.co.uk Customer Service who arranged for a replacement drawer to be sent directly to us. Fabulous service thank you

It is very poorly manufactured. The quality of the base divan is poor and flimsy. The mattress ‘miracoil memory’ topping is poor quality too, if used in an adults room it would not make for a comfortable nights sleep!

Everything about the transaction was first class. Can’t fault any of it. Just there is no way this mattress is medium, firm I would say. We have had to buy a mattress topper so make it bearable.

The drawers are not flush with the bed, there is a gap between where the drawers sit. Had two deliveries of this bed and both were the same.

Disappointed with the quality
I have previously bought a Silent Night double bed from thinkassemble.co.uk which I am highly satisfied with. Hower this bed, especially the base, is not of the same quality. It is flimsy and the drawers do not open and close very smoothly. The mattress is very lightweight and tends to move too easily over the base.

The mattress is lovely but the divan is not.
Firstly the wheels are not locking wheels so the bed constantly moves we have had to remove the wheels so now can’t open the divan drawers! also the headboard recommended does not fit well.
The customer service is atrocious DO NOT BUY FROM COSTCO ONLINE!!!!

Extremely comfortable- a perfect nights sleep. I’d describe this mattress as “medium firm” but it has the cushy top so you still get a lot of plush comfort. As I bought this online from thinkassemble.co.uk I couldn’t try it out first so just kept hopeful it would be a great, comfortable nights sleep. And it is. Love it.

An excellent comfortable bed. Just to note the instructions are attached to the mattress – I didn’t find them until I’d put the bed together and unwrapped the mattress!
