Silent night geltex 4000
Bed extremely comfortable without it being too hot as my previous memory foam mattress was.i have recently moved to Fort Augustus in north of Scotland and to be able to get products delivered AND assembled to my postcode is excellent customer service.
The price and quality is second to none.
My only concern is that with the full ottoman base the height is a bit high for 75 year olds.
Without a small platform the only way for a small adult to get to bed is via a Folsbury Flop which is rather difficult as not as supple as I once was.

Really nice. Supportive and soft. We’ve been sleeping very well since getting this (other than being woken by a toddler). I can honestly say I’ve not slept this well for a while. Be aware that it is very tall though, around 75cm.

Good Bed – Shoddy Customer Service
This is a reasonably good bed for the money at the sale price – I was going to pay twice as much for a bed from elsewhere. It’s a nice deep mattress and has good sized deep drawers.
Our initial delivery was delayed as the driver noticed when it was out for delivery there was no mattress on his van which resulted in delivery being delayed by a couple of weeks. When it was finally delivered my wallpaper was damaged when the bed was moved up the stairs. Trying to get through to customer services takes forever and if you select the callback feature no one ever calls back! Complaints are supposedly reacted to within 2 business days yet ours took 12 calendar days just to receive an email to say thinkassemble.co.uk had contacted the supplier! The amount of effort I’ve had to put in just to make a complaint about the delivery, with hours on hold, and all the hoops I’ve had to jump through ref the damage to my wallpaper make me wish I had bought the more expensive bed from elsewhere.
In short it’s a decent bed for the sale price but I wouldn’t buy it from thinkassemble.co.uk!

Really comfortable mattress and the base box is really well made which lifts up on special hinges to give plenty of storage space. Very happy with the bed. Would definitely recommend.

Delivery people are not the same as they once was!
The delivery guys couldn’t even get it up stairs even though I had the same bed and got it up before. I was working so could t be there to show them how to get up the stairs.

Great bed and good price.
We ordered this bed with headboard and got it at a great price when it was on offer. It took a while to get used to as it was really high and we are used to a firm mattress. I can happily say it is a realty comfy bed with great storage as we bought the ottoman.
Only downfall was the delivery guys did not wear gloves and their hands were dirty which left marks on the base and mattress thankfully this washed off

Atrocious service and poor quality.
I purchased a Mattress, Divan Base and Headboard. The Silentnight Divan Bases were both damaged on delivery and poorly made. This was compounded by the fact that part of the package included assembly and this was botched by the drivers/fitters who were presumably untrained in what should be a reasonably straightforward job. Words fail me to describe my anger, frustration and exasperation with thinkassemble.co.uk Customer Service who have batted the issue from one to another, failed to respond to e-mails and failed to implement a resolution. I am now in the process of asking for all items to be collected and a refund issued. The one star rating applies to the carriers/installers who did not assemble the bed according to instructions and actually left it with half pulled out staples projecting from the divan base which could have ripped open a person’s hand (despite this being pointed out to them), to Silentnight for manufacturing shoddy divan bases and to thinkassemble.co.uk Customer Service for their abject failure to deal with the issue.

A really attractive and comfortable bed with useful storage underneath. Without paying the odds for a bespoke bed it’s the next best thing. I would highly recommend it for support and comfort.

Nice but…
Ordering and delivery processes first class. It is more firm than medium, you could feel the quite deep buttons on the mattress when laying, headboard fabric is very harsh and you could feel hard buttons when sitting on the bed and leaning against it.

4000 silent night mattress and devan bed.
The base is ok but wood looks flimsy and also draws. The mattress is very comfy but what I didn’t expect is that when two of you are in bed you both roll to the middle. Not enough support. I’m thinking of sending mine back for that reason.

Issue still to be resolved!
Unfortunately one of the divan drawer didn’t have runners fitted. New drawer supplied but didn’t fit properly. Now think runners inside base also at fault. Awaiting solution. Also divan with drawers & matteress with topper makes bed very high, but mattress extremely comfortable. Great night sleep.

Without question, this is the best mattress I have ever slept on.
There is one thing you need to bear in mind. If you’re thinking of purchasing one of these beds. I am 6’1 and sat on the side of the bed. My feet do not touch the ground. It is a very tall bed indeed?
Service and delivery were also excellent to bed was constructed and all waste including the old bed were taken away with no hassle. Excellent service.
