Absulutly shocking dont order
I dont know were to start with this but i wont be ordering from costco again ! There customer services is shocking i was left with out a mattress for 8 days ! And left to arrange the whole re delivering myself i was told on numerous times i would be contacted to not be contacted after taking my money they couldnt care less !! I had to spend hours and hours every day talking to delivery service and silent night myself to re arrange getting the bed which wasnt fixed for 8 days ! 8 days with out a bed on the sofa ! I feel i should of really sent it back because what they have offered me for the loss of work and time on the phone is a disgrace ! I wash i had bought it from another vendor stay clear !!

Firmer than a medium matteress
More firm than medium and needed to put a matteress topper on the matteress to be able sleep. Buy a new matteress and need a matteress topper. It is overly warm when sleeping. I wouldn’t buy this type of matteress with Geltex in it again. A waste of money. I will be looking to buy a traditional matteress with wool, cashmere and silk fillings.

Really good mattress and value for money
After ordering a Dream Cloud mattress online and not liking it, thankfully we had 365 days to decide if we liked it, and we didn’t. We decided to go back to Silent Night which was the make of our previous mattress – I was a little apprehensive about buying yet another mattress online without trying it, but after comparing the details with one we had tried in Benson for Beds (which was priced at £1799) we decided to take a chance. We haven’t been disappointed, the bed is amazing, really comfy, very deep and just what we were looking for but half the price. Delivery was easy to arrange, although the delivery guys would only take it up one flight of stairs, and we live in a townhouse and the mattress needed to go to the second floor. Bit of a nightmare getting up the stairs because of the size and weight; but we managed it – absolutely wonderful mattress and have slept so well since we got it. I’d give it 5 stars 🌟

Great service, great mattress
Great price for a grest product.
The communication on delivery wad grest, got a slot the night before and the mattress arrived on time.
The mattress itself is very deep, deeper than I realised but we have gotten used to it very quickly. It is very comfortable and cosy. Highly recommend.

Struggling to get out of bed in the mornings, it is that comfy! No longer woken up by hubby getting up in the middle of the night and definitely feeling cooler compared with our old memory foam mattress. Worth every penny. The only thing is, it’s really thick, you’ll need extra deep sheets!

Not sure why Silentnight can’t deliver A1 mattress
1st mattress turned up mouldy and filthy dirty and had been attempted to be cleaned – refused delivery. 2nd mattress was ripped – kept that one until they replaced again. 3rd mattress was delivered up dirty again despite being double wrapped – refused. Waiting for a resolution.

I have had one these before so I knew it would be good I would definitely recommend this mattress for a good nights sleep and thinkassemble.co.uk delivered fast no problem the delivery men took the new mattress upstairs and took the old one away brilliant service !

Nice mattress
Very comfortable, but be aware it’s a thick mattress and your bed can end up being too high for some people. The delivery team were not very good, they weren’t strong enough to get mattress upstairs we ended up doing it ourselves.

First mattress that came had some catches in the fabric but this was sorted immediately by thinkassemble.co.uk and Silent Night and it was replaced immediately

Best night sleep with this mattress
This is the second Geltex bed we have bought, wouldn’t buy anything else now. The most comfortable bed we have had. We wake up refreshed. No problem with overheating, like you can with other memory mattresses, because of the geltex topper.
