Nice mattress shame about the divan
The 2* are aimed at the divan and not the mattress. Firstly, the divan ordered was with Sandstone finish. Instead a Slate grey was delivered which did not match the headboard. thinkassemble.co.uk you are to blame for this! There was no time to to return the bed as we had visitors from abroad and needed the bed urgently.
Secondly, two of the divan drawers came apart within 48 hrs. Their base is made of hardboard (not plywood or MDF) which is pinned into the drawer surround slots with staples. If you store anything weighing more than feathers! the base bows out and comes apart.. I’ve had to reinforce the drawer base and surrounds with corner brackets and extra adhesive. SilentNight should take a lesson from IKEA!
As for the mattress… too soon to tell but so far 5*.

Ordered this devan early November. Delivered within the time promised, assembled and all packing cleared. Found it really comfortable and would recommend this devan. The only downside is, found one of the draw base damaged which was not pointed out by the team who delivered and assembled. (They were quick to move on). Now trying to resolve the problem is not going well. Spoken to two thinkassemble.co.uks customer reps on the matter who made promises to resolve and get back to me via email /phone. It’s over two weeks since raising the complaint and yet to get an update or resolution. Come on thinkassemble.co.uk…do better!

Good bed set and great value with minor flaws.
The quality of the entire bed is excellent. Having to pierce holes through the divan to screw in the holders for the headboard was not great. They should really have holes there already rather than having to rip a hole through the cloth. Also, the stickers that are over the holes for consumers to manually pierce through are not accurately stuck over the holes. A mistake waiting to happen.
There’s nothing to connect the divans together. As the bases are relatively lightweight, it’s quite easy to dislodge a base.

Quality at a great price
About four years ago I got rid of my Silentnight bed that I had for around 15 years it was fine I just wanted a change as it didn’t have memory foam in it which everyone said was amazing. I bought one with memory foam not a Silentnight one. Initially it was comfy almost like my previous one then in the summer it got too hot to sleep I was always dripping wet with sweat. I decided last year that I was going back to a Silentnight bed saw the reduced price offer and went straight for it from thinkassemble.co.uk. I am so glad I did. There is a massive difference and I have had a cool and comfortable sleep since delivery four weeks ago. Delivery was a breeze and set up by the guys and they took my old one away at a cost but good value. Highly recommend this bed great, comfortable, refreshing nights sleep.

Good mattress but stupid design
This is a really comfy mattress and is great value for money…however it has a massive design flaw; there are no handles so it’s practically impossible to manoeuvre. Didn’t notice it as the logistics company assembled it but as a single person I can’t move it on my own. So silly

Not full 5 ft bed
Disappointed to find that the bed is less than the normal kingsize (5 ft), therefore bedding (from a number of different stores, John Lewis, M&S, etc) is too big for mattress

Appallingly service
Appalling delivery service . Mattresse and headboard was delivered without the base. Delivery people were talking rubbish, saying base was in the next van. No message from costco about the split delivery. When called to find out- no one answerers the phone. Text sent with dase delivery date after 2 weeks from mattress delivery. No communication. We needed the bed asap and would not have proceeded if we were told about the unavailability. Very disappointed and let down.

DO NOT BUY – EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY
Extremely poor quality, not worth £100 let alone £600. Within a week two draw fronts had literally fallen off. The chip board was burst on them both and the glue not applied correctly.
They fall off with no one touching them.
Head board set too high so will have to saw it down to stop pillows pushing back under it.
Seriously this is the worst bed I’ve ever had.
thinkassemble.co.uk happy to get an exchange but going to cost me annual leave to wait in and accept the new bed.
