I recently ordered a Transparent Case for my Arduino Uno R3, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its quality and design. Nicely protects the uno from accidentally shorting things out and looks quite nice. No tools required to open/close the case and seems reasonably rugged. The light pipes to make the leds visible on the top of the case are a nice and welcome touch.The only negative (and the reason for dropping a star) is the slots to access the I/O pins. I find it difficult to get the wires into the correct pinout as they are quite a way down below the top of the case. Maybe dropping the top down to the top of the pin headers using a chamfer behind the taller USB socket & power socket would have been a better design choice.All in all, thise case gives value for money in my opinion and yes, I would buy another should one be needed.

For the price I wasn’t expecting too much, but this is a really nicely finished case. Wires fit in easily through the slots in the top, and there are molded plastic struts that act like fibre-optic cables so you can clearly see what the LEDs on your UNO are doing. There’s a hole to get to the reset button, and the manufacturers have provided a useful tool for this. I’ve 3-D printed a few different styles of arduino cases in the past, and this is way better than anything I’ve come across so far.
