When my old machine gave up I looked at various new ones and Supplers I settled on the Series 7 from Samsung for sale at thinkassemble.co.uk I placed my order and within a very short time I had the delivery company arranging my delivery it was promptly trouble free and a great price I will buy large appliances from thinkassemble.co.uk again great service
As for the Samsung washer I like the large drum capacity and it’s smart washer I can control from my phone start stopping or changing programs
It is great on AI wash and seems to sip the detergent so easy on the pocket also

Great product at a really good price
Really nice features like automatic dispensers for soap and softener. Also like that it provides you energy and cost consumption from the app. Managed to get a good price and delivered and installed by end of week.

Not bad. Don’t pay for installation though
Washing machine is ok. The AI wash is a bit annoying. It always seems to decide my clothes need an extra wash so adds like 80 minutes, no matter what I put in. It’s kind of like it just trying to prove it’s doing something. The other settings are good.
I like the auto dispense feature for detergent and softener. You fill up the two compartments and the machine automatically uses the correct amount based on what you’re washing.
You can add additional programs via the app which is a nice feature.
I paid for delivery and installation and this was a big mistake as the clowns installed it incorrectly. I kept getting an error about water supply. After about 2 weeks I was told that they couldn’t do anything as it had been more than 48 hours since installation (issue didn’t happen all the time, it was an intermittent fault). So I pulled the washing machine out and they had managed to kink the water supply feed pipe. I managed to fix it but wasn’t refunded for installation.
I would recommend the washing machine if you can get it whilst on offer. Think we paid around £400.
I wouldn’t recommend paying for installation, if you can get someone to help you lift it then it’s easy enough to install on your own.
Pros:
– Plenty of different cycles to choose from plus can add more.
– Auto dispense detergent and softener
– Drum and drawer clean
– Large drum, can accommodate large loads
– Phone app is decent, but if you want to control washing machine from app then it needs turning on before every wash from machine
– Finished sound is loud and can be heard from three streets away.
Cons:
– AI wash cycle seems to just add more time to your wash
– Can’t change the sound it plays on completion
