Ring cctv hardwired performs better than battery
We originally purchased the ring battery spotlight cctv and if you set them up to record all the time the battery will run out within a month. We returned the battery cctv and purchased the hardwired version from . This is a much better camera and records all the time without any battery issue.

Ok Ring
Nicely packaged and easy to put up. However the round glass lens protection seal failed then fell out. Credit to Ring they have sent a replacement ( not received yet after 3 days) it does that mean getting all the stuff out to swap it over. Pain. Video quality just ok. Having to pay to store your video is bad. SD card on camera would be better but then Ring don’t make any money! 😄

The best floodlight camera
Brilliant camera, easy to setup and the picture quality is amazing. The screw’s were fiddly as they are not magnetic so kept falling but otherwise brilliant. You need a good/strong WiFi signal to use the voice and controls from your phone, I live rural so I only have 4g rather than broadband and it works great with that bandwidth.

Flood light works well and can be operated independently. Really bright as well. Picture quality is great and night vision works well. Not worrh getring the Pro version when these units to the job fine.
