It’s a good quality & good picture/view with interactive functions & generally very happy with it but the time lapse between picking up movements/people & the notification needs to be faster also if someone appears quickly it hardly detects or records anything -so if someone rushes onto your property ie: to steal a doorstep parcel you’d probably have no recording of it(which you have to pay a subscription for) the other issue is I bought the mains charger instead of having to take off line charging the battery every few days-it doesn’t charge that well & depletes to where you still need to charge the battery (albeit every few weeks rather than days) expensive too but overall it’s good & couldn’t imagine not having it now

Pros: The Ring Doorbell is good and does what it says it can do. Live video viewing of people at your door and notifications to your phone when people press the button. Chime works well
Cons: A month of Premium features. I don’t want to have to pay a subscription to use a doorbell

Nice way to answer people at your door when your out. H D Film is really good quality. You can take a picture as well. You can use camera as a security camera and look back in time film recording. You can also add security camera s to same system

Purchased a ring door bell have been thinking about getting one for a while it is easy to set up a few tweaks here and there. The image is good and the delivery was excellent very quick.

Fixings Poor!
To be fair this is a very good product and works well, it is just the incidentals. 1) The screws to fix the doorbell itself to its mount are too short and make it very hard to actually solidly hold the doorbell in place. 2) When trying to sign up for the monthly subscription everything keeps crashing and so preventing you from signing up to the package you actually want.

I have been a Ring customer Sind it’s exception. I have doorbells and camera outside. Due to my old doorbell failing, I chose this doorbell and chime combination. This latest doorbell gives a great wide angle view and is very clear. The chimes are excellent and one can choose the sounds they require. Great price

I purchased this to replace an older model ring door bell that was no longer working. This model was easy to setup and mounting holes lines up nicely. Better image quality and downward coverage than the older model. It paired first time with our existing chime. We are a Ring household with other ring cameras and alarm.

Not sure why I waited so long to get one. Very easy to install and set up.
A lot of deliveries are just left in our porch without even ringing the bell so this notifies us when someone enters the porch.
We can also manage deliveries when we are out.

Good doorbell and Camera
Good doorbell, clear camera and good night vision. Used ring products before they are very simple to setup and use and adjust setting in the app. The only downside is that you do have to pay £50 a year for subscription if you want to have your video footage stored and etc. would I buy again yes.
