Very poor Mattress and Service From thinkassemble.co.uk
Frame was good but the mattress was sagging within a couple of weeks and we had to return the whole thing as no replacement was available for mattress only. Our old bed was taken away and we are now left using the spare bed which is smaller due to fact shops are all closed. Also when we went on to ask about the mattress we were told about return conditions which were no where to be seen on the website and asked for confirmation a manager was to get back to us in 24 hrs several weeks later still waiting for explanation.

A very well made & very good presented bed. A little on the soft side but that will be adaptable. Base looks good and won’t disappoint in for looks.

Just the right amount of support
Comfortable bed, looks great and drawers are deep for bedding products.
Had initially an issue with one half of the divan missing the holes for the feet, took 2 x weeks to resolve.
New divan supplied had no issues but apparently this is a frequent issue according to delivery team.

The most amazing bed ever
The most amazing bed and mattress I have ever slept in! Pure luxury ! So very happy with the purchase.
The only thing that was a let down was the delivery service man who refused to assemble the bed (had to make a complaint )

The base is really smart & seems to be good quality. The mattress however is not the quality I was expecting, you can feel the bits where it’s tied when you lay down. I’ve had to by a topper to make it comfortable.

Mattress looks and feels really luxurious (bed frame and headboard are nice but nothing special). Pocket sprung is a new experience for me, so don’t want to comment on comfort yet but I’m really enjoying it.

Many high end mattresses are on the market
We chose the Mulberry because it offered all the specifications we wanted. And was available for delivery now. Having already purchased a king size Pembury for the guest room we knew that delivery service was excellent. Comfort is superb and worth the extra cost over the Pembury.
