Fantastic
Excellent spa. We’ve had it now for 5 months and use it most days. I can’t comment too much on the swim side as we’ve mostly used the hot tub end with it being winter. Everything looks in order though. If you wanted to you could increase the heat the swim end so you could also use it all year around but we just like to enjoy the heat at this time of the year. Jets are fabulous and very therapeutic. Delivery lead times were terrible, delayed by over three months but this was because of Covid and the product coming from America so this was out of the company’s control. Installation was good, we used a crane to lift it over the house (we had to organise that) but the company suppling the tub were very good at coordinating times with us etc to enable us to make the arrangements so it went like clockwork on the day. Would recommend.

Platinum swim spa
Had a few teething problems regarding delivery and installation- it leaked when first installed! And delivery took 16 weeks due to COVID. Now happy with it. In terms of the spa, the lids are very heavy and difficult for one person to manoeuvre. Control panels could be better positioned; steps rather low given its height and difficult to get into one area from the other (although I’m only 5’ so a taller person would probably be fine!)
But – excellent price and a great thing to have so do recommend.

We purchased a Platinum Neptune swim spa through thinkassemble.co.uk. There was an extended delay in delivery due to the Covid hpwever the xommunication to keep us up to date was excellent. The company delivered and installed the spa and for us up and running. Excellent service form start to finish.
The best part was the saving, £2k.
