These are brilliant loud rings big numbers and so easy to use. The writing is big on the display so excellent for the partially sighted and buttons bigger for them too 10/10

NO usable manual provided and really difficult to find it.The phone(s) come without printed manual and the provide link (via QR code) takes you to a FAQ page but not the manual. This manual is absolutely needed to allow to program some of the features of the phone, otherwise the phones are very good. Searching for the manual is very tricky and convoluted.The problem partially arises from the fact that the online manuals are hidden away and that the product code to be used for a model search has to omit the dash after the KX ….. .Pity, that I cannot provide the link here to help you find it. Maybe this will help, go to: www (dot) panasonic (dot) eu (slash) downloads (slash) en_GB (slash) popup (dot) html and search for KXTGU.By the way, the phones come very well packaged (box in box in box). Reducing the packaging and replacing this (excessive packaging) with a manual would be a good start.

It is able to switch quite loud which is why I bought it. Easy to assemble. Only downside is it is unable to get SMS messages. I ordered this late in the afternoon and it was delivered the next morning which was excellent.

Functionality:Husband finds the old phone difficult to use as it has small dial buttons. Chose this phone to replace the old as it has big buttons so he can see them better.I would recommend.

The item looked okay but didn’t have any instructions and the QR code only led you to frequently asked questions, none of which were helpful. I’ve since seen other reviews with similar problems. As it’s an item for elderly people it is obviously a problem.

Very useful for the elderly because the keyboard has large sized keys and for hard of hearing it has adjustable sound levels for the ring tone.Our elderly relative is really pleased with her new phones.
