The volume of the speaker needs to be able to be increased. It is quite difficult to hear what is being said unless using the loudspeaker function. Otherwise the units are quite OK

Having recently switched to fibre optic broadband our phone was moved to the opposite end of our home to the living quarters meaning we couldn’t hear it ringing. Also we lost a number of useful services that had been provided by the previous provider e.g. answer phone. We bought this set to allow us to have ringing phone in the living quarters and to provide most of the additional features we had lost. It has done the job really well at a reasonable price.

These portable phones are working well. I would have given 5 stars but: this was described as perfect for ‘seniors’, so I expected sturdier units with bigger buttons. In fact the units are lightweight, with normal size buttons. The connecting wires are a little shorter than I expected.

Lovely phone, very reasonably priced and with answering machine. But unfortunately it wouldn’t work with our sports centre BT smart hub so was forced to buy BT phone three times the price without an answering machine. Talk about not having a choice!

Beware if you buy in France – this phone only had a UK plug!
I ordered this phone from Think Assemble.fr & it clearly came from the UK with only a UK plug on it. I needed the phone quickly & it was already delayed, so I will keep it as the phone is ok, but I am not impressed with this.
