If a dog is left to get bored it will chew and destroy just about anything. This, like all other dog toys, is to aid play and our dog (a Lurcher with some of the sharpest teeth available!) loves it. She plays catch, tug o war and even throws and catches it by herself sometimes. This is a harder more substantial rope than other types we have previously had and why I will buy this one again if I need to. However we have had this a few months now and apart from dirt and a few minor nicks it is as good as new.

I love this toy for my dog. It is taking forever for Sykes to chew through it.This toy is great for dogs that will destroy other toy in seconds, Sykes has had toy similar to this before but he had chewed thorough in one day, so for this toy to last is great.

This rope ring looks tough and durable, and I’m sure my dog would love it. However, I noticed on the back on the tag that it was made in China. If you aren’t aware, look up pet supplies related to China and you’ll understand why I am returning. No toxic dyes for my pup!
