We have used several of these radios for our business. We have always found them to be excellent radios. Reliable, good reception, clear and easy to use however, the last batch appeared to have faulty batteries. When I emailed the seller I received a response within 15 minutes. Replacement batteries were sent out that evening and received next day. You couldnt have asked for a better service. I would still recommend these radios and most definitely the seller

Bought to take Skiing and didn’t let me down. Although it turns out there was excellent mobile reception across the mountain these radios were the easier option to call up the others in the group.They worked from the bottom to the top of the hill with no reduction in signal strength/readability.One radio’s batteries doesn’t hold a charge as long as the others, but i was aware of this problem before purchase, and no battery likes the cold so I haven’t marked them down. I will be getting some new/spare packs, that should sort this issue out.

Bought this as a second set for the sailing club. They have proven reliable over a year. Appear rough enough and water resistant enough. Range is really good with clear speech and easy programming. As a result I reckon these are better value for money than some cheaper types.

Absolutely useless batteries, lucky if you get 30 mins switched on! And that’s not talk time. Customer support, forget it! So I’ve paid £179 for 4 radios that are absolutely rubbish!
