Better than the alternative
I bought this as an alternative the regular German manufacturer with whom I have had bad customer service experiences. I wasn’t sure what to expect but, at this price point, I was really pleased with the quality and feel of the product. As others have reviewed, the shower head requires a slightly higher temperature setting which I can only guess is due to a lower flow or maybe Coanda effect. The quality of the showering experience is really good though. From a value perspective, I’d recommend this over the German product.

Looks good and works well
Installed 2 weeks now. It was a one for one replacement and I found it easy to fit. Water flow is lower than previous shower but the Aio head gives a good soaking without water bouncing everywhere.

This shower is great. I bought it to replace a Triton thermostatic mixer and fitting this shower was very straight forward.
The mounting for the shower is within the pipe fittings, resulting in a very sturdy installation and the spacing for the pipes is standard.
I like the finish of the shower as a whole. I’d seen a review commenting on the shower hose, but this is no issue for me. The issue is that the hose is a smooth plastic hose rather than having a metal outer layer.
I’m not a fan of the metal shrouded hoses as they pick up a lot of grime. This hose is the same as what is inside the metal ones and is much easier to clean. It took a few days to loose the curl from being packaged, but it now looks very tidy.
Everything else in the set looks and feels good. The rail installed solidly and I love the unusual showerhead.
I have the impression that I’m using less water as the shower is affected less by other taps being turned on, but I don’t feel as though the shower is any less powerful than our previous large showerhead.
Temperature etc is all as expected, great performance from this shower. I initially didn’t realise thermostat has twice the movement range of the water valve, it’s just locked by the sprung button (as normal) beyond the 12 o’clock position.

This is a lovely shower. Easy to install and gives a lovely spray. Don’t be put off by the plastic hose – it looks great up and won’t dis-colour like the metal ones

Overall I’m very happy with this shower. However my two little niggles are that the hose could be more flexible and the pressure knob keeps coming loose.

Overall the quality is good considering the fairly low price. What lets down is the hose…it is plastic and looks nothing like in the picture. Feels pretty cheap.
