The 2-metre cable is just the right length to reach my devices without creating extra clutter. The individual switches for each socket are very convenient, allowing me to power down specific devices without unplugging them, which saves energy.The built-in surge protection gives me peace of mind, especially during unpredictable weather. The extension lead feels robust and well-made, with a sturdy design that doesn’t feel flimsy. As this isn’t a long term review I cannot give a higher rating.However, the new design is a lot better, the individually lighted switches are massive benefit to being able to easily see which plug switch is on. The unit is solid well built and suitable for wall mounting. It has all the safety measures and gives confidence it will last. The cable length options are adequate and the cable quality is as you expect. The product is reasonable value for money and performs as expected. I would be confident to purchase this again, as long as it does last but short term it has been reliable.
