It’s highly pigmented, so a little goes a long way, and it layers nicely whether I want a soft daytime highlight or a more dramatic evening look.The formula is smooth and blends easily over foundation or bare skin. It lasts surprisingly well throughout the day, though I’ve noticed it can fade a bit after several hours—nothing major, just not completely bulletproof.For the price, it’s an excellent highlighter with a stunning finish. If you love a shimmery glow that’s both elegant and buildable, Rose Kiss is definitely worth trying.
