I have bought Chocolate Panettone at Christmas for many years but bought this brand from last year. Absolutely yummy. Much better (and cheaper) than others I have purchased in the past. Have bought two for this year (2016) and know that again they will be great (try using it as a base for ‘Bread & Butter Pudding’ – it’s fabulous)

Best panettone yet
Haven’t sampled it this year yet (waiting for xmas) but ordered the same brand and panettone last xmas (having sampled it the previous year) and was a great hit with everyone. So moreish! The best Ive tasted so far. Not overly dry, like some can be, thanks mostly to the lovely chocolate creme swirled throughout it. Mnom mnom!

Disappointed packaging
Bought these as presents. However, two of the tins were damaged, one quite badly so not suitable to give as a present.
Did contact customer service who was very helpful, cannot fault them.

A wee bit disappointed this time…..
I have often bought these Panettone and have been delighted with them – light and fluffy. However this last batch looked and tasted as though it had been dropped from a height as it was taken from the oven. Was lopsided and doughy! So a wee bit disappointed. I will though buy again in the hope it was a one off and that the people I gave them to didn’t have a similar example.

Another ridiculous situation
Product delivered but dented tin and covered in olive oil from broken bottle of olive oil that was protected by a plastic bag, everything went in the bin and COSTCO have refused to refund or replace the Panettone. Perhaps I should have given it a wash!

Hard to be sensible and eat in moderation .
Really nice panettone- most of the time – I bought a lot of those over the years, it is hard to stop eating it it is go good. Every now and then the batch is a bit to dry unfortunately ( still very edible but not optimum) . But overall very good .

I bought this for Christmas. It comes in a lovely tin, sadly ours has minor dents in it so wasn’t suitable to gift as planned. It could also benefit from a smaller tin, the actual products is significantly smaller.
