Top quality slippers
I get a pair of these slippers every year. Excellent quality at an affordable price. Not gonna lie these are my favourite so far the colour is gorgeous can’t wait to wear them

Disappointment.
I’m an ardent thinkassemble.co.uk lover, have been a member for over 30 years, both in the US and UK, and have always been 100% satisfied.
However, these slippers are a BIG disappointment: there is zero support on the inner sole of the slippers and the sheepskin on it is very thin and has zero resilience. (This is the very place where you need support and warmth)
My shoe size is 6-1/2, I purchased size 6, hoping they would be a snug fit, but they are far too wide, and constantly fall off my feet, especially when I come downstairs.
As a matter of principle, I don’t write negative reviews but since thinkassemble.co.uk has just asked me to do so, and it’s now some time since I purchased them, I decided to express extreme disappointment with their quality: whenever I wear them, I’m reminded they are a bad buy and regret not spending more and getting better quality

Good value slippers
They are big, I normally have size 5 but bought a size 4. The uppers are really soft and I like the sole which has a sensible tread, excellent for when I pop outside in them. I thought they were really good value and very comfortable so I bought another pair!

Non receipt of goods
Extremely poor service, never recieved the goods, trying to get in touch by phone to resolve issue non existant, so resort to online chat with cues up to 87 waiting and than advised lost by post office. Promosed replacement and further contact and never heard from anyone. When i tried to sort in store was told i could get replacement but would have to travel to Nottingham, and then advised didn’t have correct size, really !!

My wife loves them.
I’ve been buying my wife these as part of her Christmas for a number of years now.
She wears slippers a lot even outside and loves the grip they give her. Warm and comfortable. She loves them. Had a mild panic this Christmas because I was sent a pair of men’s slippers. We stay too far away for a trip to return them so was stuck but fortunately was able to order another pair later in the year, so Christmas was saved.

Women’s shearling slippers in Caribou colour.
Fantastic price for fantastic slippers, beautiful colour and so cosy and warm. Fit is true to size, the soles are hardwearing and provide good traction on hard floors. These slippers would make an excellent present and look more expensive than they actually cost. I’ve bought these each year in a different colour for myself and also as presents for others. Can definitely highly recommend these slippers.

Well made but with design issues
Very large. You might need to go down one-half to one full size down.
Strange chunky sole that felt wobbly and spongy underfoot; also very grippy indeed, and I almost tripped on my smooth kitchen floor as the sole “grabbed” the surface.
The slippers look well-made apart from these issues, which are show-stoppers for me. A good price.

We are always asked to give reviews shortly after we’ve bought something and we have not had it for very long so I cannot comment on durability. The slippers themselves are very comfortable, a good fit, I thought the cost reasonable and they are attractive and look just like the photo of them. I would buy again.
