Design of older version was better
The boots are exactly as described. A previous version with a slightly higher ankle length were more suited to our needs. They also had a wider opening (with side cuts to make fitting easier.

Nice but difficult to get on and off
These are nice slippers but the opening at the ankle is quite small and they are difficult to get on and off. Once on they’re lovely, but the struggle to get there is real!

Split seam!
Having got a pair of these boots last year, I decided to order another pair in a different colour. The boots were a slightly different style to the previous year (the ankle cuff was shorter), and on only the second time of wearing, one of the seams came apart! I returned the boots for a refund which was processed/received quickly.
I am really disappointed as I love my old pair and wear them daily in winter to keep my feet toasty.

The boots were lovely, warm and good quality. Unfortunately I had to send them back because I couldn’t get my feet in them , I need boots with a zip as my ankles don’t bend enough 😔
