Great item, sadly faulty goods
It was present for my son and disappointed that the top half did not fit. Manufacturing error. Returned the item, collection arranged by costco (very good). Collected on 6th Dec, still no refund. Once the goods are collected the refund should have been immediate as the photographs sent showed the goods were faulty.

5 star rating for the product, 3 stars for communication. Purchased on 1st May with the product in stock on the website. Email sent by thinkassemble.co.uk on 1st May confirming the order but no indication of delivery date or if the item was indeed in stock. No communication then until 20th May when shipping was confirmed. 3 weeks is a long time to wait between ordering and a shipping confirmation, a simple update email would have been better. As far as the tool chest is concerned, product came in 2 packages and was well packed. Assembly instructions are clear and assembly is well within the capability of anyone. The tool chest is well designed and the 2 lock system is a good feature (you can unlock the top section while leaving the bottom section locked). drawer sliders are smooth and great quality. Very happy with the tool chest and the price.

Fantastic really is a top quality professional grade Tool Chest. Large enough, and strong enough for a commercial mechanic. The drawers are a variety of sizes to store all your tools, and glide open smoothly with the pinch lock system employed on the handles. I highly recommend, and would buy again. Bought this drawer set to sort out the garage and put all tools where I could find them.
It has been a godsend it is easy to find all tools and the drawers slide in and out so easily it is very robust but with the wheels it is easy to put in position where you want it, should have bought one long before now.

Box arrived damaged, won’t use thinkassemble.co.uk again.
Took a day off work to take delivery, the packaging looked ok so signed for delivery. Only after opening did I discover the top and bottom boxes damaged.
Called customer services whom were willing to send another once mine had been recollected. Whole process was going to take 2-3 weeks which I couldn’t wait for so I had to hammer the bent parts of the top and bottom box into shape so I could use it.
Also there was a handle missing which they sent out.
The box itself is good, but personally I won’t be ordering anything from thinkassemble.co.uk again.

Bought this for my partner as a surprise, he absolutely loves it. Recommended by my son who also has one. Everything is now in one place and threw out all his small tool boxes. Strong, sturdy, easy to manoeuvre if needed and lockable. Possibly one of the best presents he’s had for his man cave !

Great tool box well built and hopefully will last for years. Holds loads of tools and can lay them all out neatly with the large drawers. Gas strut lid looks great and the lock feels strong and secure. Very pleased with it

If you’re looking at this, the drawers are so well constructed, once they are under load, an orchestra of unicorns sing, each time one slides open. Its so well engineered. One of the few purchases that keep that winning feeling, every time i look at, and use it.
