Broken piece – no resolution
This item arrived with a broken part. I contacted the manufacturer who advised that the part was not available to be sent out separately, and that I would need to contact thinkassemble.co.uk to return the whole item. Then began a long saga where I have been given repeated dates by thinkassemble.co.uk on which the manufacturer would arrange collection that then does not happen (all the while storing a very large, heavy, useless, expensive item). I am still stuck with the product and out of pocket, and every time I call thinkassemble.co.uk to chase up the collection I am promised an email update that never comes. I also note that during this process reviews describing similar experiences have been deleted from the website.

Lovely looking, hassle to make, check all parts
Very disappointed. Husband made before checking all parts in the box, his mistake. There were 2 parts missing, supplier couldn’t send them. I suggested buying another and removing required parts and then return the replacement and they refused, requesting we dismantle it. Allegedly a chew on to make. Buyer beware, check all parts are there before you make it!

Not good
Got it half built before I noticed there were damaged parts. Returned for a refund and ordered another. The second one also had damage but not as bad as the first and some glue sorted it. The packaging is totally inadequate with parts loose and able to move around and not enough protection on the corners. I suspect many don’t survive the courier.

CHECK ALL PARTS ARE CORRECT BEFORE ASSEMBLY
Unfortunately arrived with some wrong parts which are not currently available to replace. Frustrated that I had to dismantle, repack and arrange a collection, it was agreed a full replacement would be sent at the same time, this did not happen so in the end I cancelled.

Easy to install. Great for hiding scruffy bins.
