Powerful washer, works well
This is a very good power washer, works well on patio, drive and car. Extension pipe keeps the splashes well away,. Good accessories too. Car brush is good but the patio brush isnt amazing. Only giving it 4 stars because of the detergent bottles that come with it and how it uses them is poorly designed, you have put them open on the floor and push a small hose into them, this makes prone to being knocked over and spilling. The jet wash hose got a kink on 2nd use without it being forced, expected it to be much tougher. The power cors is way too short too.

Better this time Karcher
This 2nd karcher pressure washer, much, much better than privious one. This had to be expensively repaired twice by Karcher and wasn’t fixed completely then, disappointing!
This second one much better. No leaks, swapping out tools easy, compared to the Arnold Swchneggar effort needed with the first karcher I purchased.
The only complaint I have of this latest Karcher is, that the substantial water pipe is still far to inflexible and insists on coiling itself up whilst using the machine.

Best value powerful Karcher by miles
Whilst it does not have the digital controls of the ones advertised on tv it does have all the power. Excellent value for money. The pation cleaner was a significant upgrade on my previous brand one and did the job in a fraction of the time. Does not come with the new eco blade lance however having since purchased one seperately I don’t feel it is worth it so this really is a great package. The ease of setting up hoses and disconncting them is also an improvement on my old threaded one.

Very happy with Karcher and thinkassemble.co.uk. This review will be for both. I bought a K5 from thinkassemble.co.uk in Aug 24 and it worked perfectly from then to May 25, when water started leaking from bottom (seals worn out?).
Called thinkassemble.co.uk to organise repairs under its 12-month warranty, instead received full refund within a week of faulty Karcher being picked up by courier.
Bought new K5, on offer, and it works very well. Used stone paver cleaning attachment mostly.

Had an old K2 washer with patio cleaner but this one is far superior. Patio cleaner brush far more powerful and consistent and did a great job of our paths and driveway.
Lances and pressure adjustment on standard spray attachments are also great.

Great pressure washer for a range of applications
Compared many pressure washers prior to this purchase, Although my old Karcher was good before it failed I did look at other makes. The thinkassemble.co.uk price was a deciding factor for the K5 WCM, selecting it from other promising brands. Used it several times now, the long pressure hose is great, gets round the car without moving the washer itself. I like the adjustable pressure for the jet, not everything has to blasted at max. Used the soap attachment, works well no issues. Overall it was a good purchase

Big Bulky Heavy
This is a big, bulky unit and seems to be more aimed at outdoors (paths, decks, sheds, garages etc) and semi-industrial usage rather than mostly cleaning the car. I wanted the latter so I had to spend more money to get the soft rotating brush for car usage and different soaps and foams for vehicle cleaning.
I think I should have got the K4 which is far more car-oriented and was cheaper, but COSTCO didn’t offer that one.

An excellent value bundle for home use
This is great value for money. Unfortunately, the first one I got had a damaged hose but this one has been great. It’s not industrial strength, but it’s more than adequate for our uses to wash cars and keep the patio clean. The bundled extras are good and make the whole deal a great buy.

Powerful enough for most domestic applications
I bought this Karcher K5 pressure washer, whilst it was on offer at thinkassemble.co.uk, to replace a K4 which I gave to my daughter. It seems to be significantly more powerful than the K4, I’ve only used it to clean a patio so far and it worked well. The patio cleaner was also more effective than the one that came with the K4. I haven’t used the Dirt blaster spray lance, the car cleaning accessories or the detergent yet.
I also bought a Karcher eco booster jet nozzle foe a K5 which I have found useful.
The only negatives I found are that the supply hose connector is not near the bottom so it is easy to pull the machine over if not careful and that to use the detergent bottles requires a small tube to be inserted into them but there is no place to store the bottles. There is a small ledge at the bottom of the machine and I have seen a photo somewhere where this had a small net that would have kept the bottles on the ledge but this isn’t included. Because of these negatives I have deducted one star from the rating.
