I have several allergies and I eat this cereal every morning. Thank goodness for this product, I would be lost without it.Really lovely textured puffed rice and doesnt go soggy when milk is poured over. With having no nasties added to it, the cereal is quite bland tasting but I jazz it up with berries! Good sized bag and dont need to eat too much so the bag lasts a while.good product
