I recently purchased this bin not cheap, but the handle was scratched. thinkassemble.co.uk offered me a £10 refund, which I felt was too low. I didn’t return the bin due to sustainability concerns and accepted the refund to avoid further hassle, though I expressed my dissatisfaction. I hope they improve their handling of such issues.

This bin has solved rubbish storage problems! Having recently moved and with now having to segregate our waste more than we had previously, we didn’t want something inside that looked like a row of bins before transferring it to the dustbins and boxes. This is perfect for the two of us and seems robust.

Poor lid quality
Poor quality lid. Bought because lid broke on last one and a replacement one could not be found. This one has been a problem again from the start. For an expensive bin , Joseph& Joseph really need to redesign the lid mechanism .
