Waited up and ordered these on release day and so far, so great. Haven’t fully explored yet but the sound quality is excellent and both the app and the case software were updated as soon as they were linked to my phone.Really straightforward if you already know JBL (my previous earphones were JBL Live Pro 2) but there is a quick start guide included at the front of the manual. Not sure how I feel about the colour screen on the earphone case – remains to be seen if I use it – but it is handy to be able to access pretty much all the functionality of the earphones without having to open the app (you need to pair the headphones with your phone and then the JBL app before you can access case functions).Despite packing in a lot of functionality and form, case and earphones are not that heavy and yet they feel solid and well made. You get 6 pairs of foam tips, plus charging and syncing cables and you can also charge the case and earphone wirelessly.One of the main reasons I purchased these is because of the ability of the case to act as a dongle or transmitter when using airplane audio and video. I currently use a separate dongle but won’t need to carry it anymore as this case has that functionality built in.Can’t wait to fully try these out but if the initial out of the box experience is anything to go buy, these will prove to be exceptional.

So far, some of the best noise cancelling ear buds I’ve bought. They aren’t perfect, and some of their features are a bit of a gimmick, but so far, I’m happier with these than I ever was with a pair from a competitor which cost significantly more albeit they admittedly did feel better quality than the JBLs.First and foremost, the noise cancelling is great. With earbuds, there’s only so much they can do, and I found the included foam tips (it’s a thin foam closer to silicon style tips in thickness, than the thicker foam like on true IEMs) to be the best for helping the noise cancelling. However, even with the silicon tips they’re good. I have worn them on my commute into London and several times walking around the village right next to busier roads. Two things to note, noise cancelling is best at handling consistent noise sources than irregular, and ear bud style noise cancelling is typically harder to achieve than over ear. With this in mind, I found these are excellent at drowning out trains and my recent flight, and whilst they struggled a little bit with road noise in my village, in town they were brilliant when walking around topside.Sound quality is really good, I recommend spending some time setting your own EQ though, they sound fine out the box, but reeaally good once I spent 20-30minutes playing around with the sound profile to my preference.There are two features which I was on the fence about when they arrived but I now don’t understand why competitors haven’t done this other than cheaping out;- The first is using the case as a makeshift dongle using a USB c to 3.5mm cable for any device with a 3.5mm jack. Honestly, game changer. I use them now as my headset for work calls, my PS5, in flight entertainment and ad hoc listening without having to go through the hassle of pairing, repairing, etc. This is genuinely more useful than I ever imagined, and when you disconnect the cable, they kick back into bluetooth connections to your existing pairing and it’s seemless! This level of connectivity should be a standard practice!- Second, the screen on the case! Admittedly some of the details it can show are kind of ‘Why though?’, but being able to pick up the case and see the battery %’s, play/pause music, pickup/decline a call and scroll to turn on or off specific things, again, how is this not being used by more brands?! I also find it has been good at lowering screen time as I don’t have to use my phone as much to do basic controls, which triggers me go on to look at emails, messages etc.Battery life is decent but varies wildly and this is, frankly, normal… For example, in ANC mode battery is surprisingly decent, but they suck when listening in LDAC mode. Relax mode is a good little bonus, but I don’t like wearing earbuds in bed. App is surprisingly decent and easy to use, good level of detail and no hiding of features in pointless sub menus and dead ends.However, whilst I could go on with positivies (and I can), I mentioned they’re not perfect. One of the things which continues to stand out as a negative, they don’t have the best feel in hand and more importantly in ear. Whilst I do wear them for several hours, I find the foam tips don’t fill the ear canal well nor comfortably. It’s like the foam tips and the silicon tips don’t share sizing, as if the foam tips are in between the silicon medium and large size tips, and yet they don’t quite sit as well as other brands. Also, the spatial sound seems mostly a gimmick, it essentially applies a bias to left or right earphone as opposed to the implied positional sound. I didn’t buy them for this, so not an issue for me personally, but for someone this might be a consideration.Honestly, I am genuinely surprised by these. I had lost a lot of trust and belief I’d find a good set of in ear noise cancelling ear buds as I had tried 5 competitors from 230/240 in price down to 70/80. Weirdly the cheaper buds outlasted the 230 xm pair i had, and which these replaced. It’s worth noting I got these on a BF deal so, for the price I paid, I could not be happier, however, i look forward to seeing if they do a pro 4 version in time and would be inclined to buy them as long as they do something to make ergonomics just a tiny bit better! I’ll also update if they break or fail prematurely, but so far, these have been an eye opener. I didn’t have the highest expectations for a JBL product.

Me he comprado estos auriculares, porque los que tenia de Apple (Airpods Pro), solamente me han dado problemas, incluso habiéndolos cambiado al par de meses comprados.Estos auriculares me han sorprendido gratamente, no le tienen nada que envidiar a los de Apple, es más, yo estoy totalmente convencido que los JBL Tour Pro3 son incluso mejores tanto en calidad como en sonido. Prestaciones al mas alto nivel y junto con la app aun mucho mejor, ya que tiene funciones adicionales que cualquier auricular de Apple soñaría.Desde mi punto de vista y opinión, son totalmente recomendables sin ninguna duda.

L’option son spatial 360 est dingue. Et le contrôle via le pti écran (que je pensais inutile au départ) ce révèle finalement incroyable. Bref un superbe produit.
