Solid bike but issues getting set up
Bought this bike in Feb, having seen the same model in JL, thought it must be pretty reliable.
It came with delivery and installation. Delivery team had no intention of installing and literally dropped the box and ran. We put the bike together ourselves, and couldnt get the console to work correctly. Managed to get costco to order a replacement through IFit, noting we still hadnt had a proper installation and it could entirely be user error. The instruction manual image didnt align to what we saw which made things more complicated as we had extra wires with nothing to attach them to. New console still didnt work and after a couple of weeks exchanging emails/photos/videos with the ifit team they agreed to send an engineer under the warranty. Engineer found a pinched wire in the back of one handle bar which resolved the issue but made a few commments about this model being a deviation to their existing equipment, and he hadnt seen it before.
We got started on the generic settings and received a 12m subscription to ifit, only to find we cant sync the bike to the app, and at this point cant face any more back and forth with ifit to resolve. The bike looks good, incredibly heavy and solid, but the installation and CS from the provider are non existent
