Excellent product and excellent price.
From my first contact with the company who do the installation, before I’d even gone ahead and placed the order, they were so helpful. The installation wasn’t necessarily as straightforward as some might be, so I had lots of questions back and forth, but every time they were happy to answer my queries. The price for the unit was by a long, long shot the cheapest we’d found – in fact, we were worried it was too good to be true. But no. Great product. So far, we have only used the a/c on the heating function, as summer had passed by the time we bought it, but I’ve no doubt it will be just as efficient at cooling as it is at heating. I have a Daikin a/c unit in another room at it does a great job, so no reason to doubt this will too.

I was initially skeptical about the installation process described from the third party installers, but I need not have worried. Ordering was simple. The installation process quick and easy; highly professional. Timescales for installation were short during summer period. The unit performs exactly as promised, very quiet. Reading all information is essential – the outside unit is quite large, but just as described. Saved significantly ( four figures ) versus an independent quotation. Unit and service highly recommended

Great cooling. Great secondary heating
4.2 kW was out of stock. They actually supplied a 5kW version WITH the WiFi module at no extra charge. Happy days! Works fine – hot and cold. I’m on Octopus Agile tariff where the rate is sometimes either a few pennies, free or even negative! At those times, have been using it with a large fan to heat (or cool) half my house. Will pay for itself after a few years.
