Basic pipe work
Good product compared with different companies you can’t beat the price. But the 20 working day installation promises is a sham in my case. it took more than a month in working days Pipe work is basic no conduit I asked that I.will pay extra to install in a conduit they refused and said not allowed. It doesn’t look neater.

Air conditioner purchase & install
Equipment & cost is good BUT as CostCo is the customer of the installer (not you, the buyer) and the installation is agreed remotely, installation is a significant issue.
A local installer would have discussed, measured and finalised the installation plan. The thinkassemble.co.uk installer is remote, you discuss & measure and decide remotely on the install & the kit is dispatched accordingly. You end up with a compromise installation, not your preferred option. No visit pre install, not even with a paid option. Also, the install will impact future works if not done up front taking that into account, which remotely is difficult to do.
Simple install ok. Otherwise look locally for the installer first. Also the installer does not do split rooms as the area is different, but they do single room AC’s in your area.

Installation and unit working really well …
Installation went really well but locations were limited due to the advisory on condensation pumps. Unit works really well in the summer and winter. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
