So happy with my hot tub
Love love love the hot tub was worried abouybthere only being 38 jets in comparison to more expensive models but no need. The delivery men were great too. A good starter pack that will last a while tol, no lever for co er so something that is needed to purchase as awkward to lift cover on your own, at the mo.
moment if I want to go in on my own I just lift the cover in half and go in until I purchase the lever which seems to be around 150 pounds. Love the lights and fountain all my friends and our kids love it, stays nice and warm, so relaxing, I recommended this hot tub at fantastic value, no blue tooth so just play the radio etc no problem to me

I brought this last month and it was installed and delivered this week. Delivery was a little longer than the published 2 weeks but it’s worth the wait. I shopped all over and could not beat the price once including delivery and install. The delivery team at blue whale was great. The only thing this does not have is a speaker setup but that really is not a problem. The jets are also relatively quiet compared to my old hot tub. This unit can also be used as a 32amp unit by switching a dip switch so it will then run the jets and heaters together if you want but really it’s not needed as you don’t have the jets running for hours

Our hot tub was ordered through thinkassemble.co.uk but came from Blue Whale Spa’s in Nottingham who, I have to say, provide fabulous customer service. The sales team were efficient and polite and answered my queries quickly and in ‘no-jargon’ English. Communication was great throughout and the installation team were, quick, clean, tidy and efficient. They applied the same amount of care as they would to their own hot tub and were very patient explaining the controls and maintenance. Couldn’t recommend any more highly!

Excellent tub..however we had a glitch that the pump did not work initially. However blue whale send their guys out and fixed it so initially I was dissatisfied but it was resolved within a week.

This was purchased by my wife as a replacement for the lazyspa that we had and the products are not comparable in any way. This is a very impressive bit of kit that is used on a daily basis and provides a relaxing end to the day. The company were professional from the outset and their installation engineers took care of everything in their stride, even though we live at an unusual property and access was not easy for them . Really impressed all round.

Excellent Hot Tub for the money . BWS where really good up to the point when I asked if it came with Bluetooth as pic showed it did I sent pic to BWS and the response from them was it doesn’t and never has done take it or leave it attitude!!! No phone call to confirm it was coming on the Monday which I was told I would get from Blue whale Spa . Lads that delivered were 10 out of 10 very polite and professional they knew there stuff . But had lots of hours in it so far .
