Excellent product and at a great price. Quick delivery just b4 Christmas just in time for the big Christmas shop. A lot more space inside than I thought. Love the ice making machine. The price of this with removal of old fridge and delivery was less than I could find just the fridge freezer for anywhere else. Totally Recommend this item.

Had it a few weeks now and so far sk good. Loads of space. Easy to fill the ice machine drawer and loads of freezer space. Can also adjust one side of freezer to turn it into a fridge

Good fridge freezer
Seems to be a good fridge freezer. I particularly like that it’s a fridge on top with the freezer underneath rather than a side by side.
There’s loads of room in both the fridge and the freezer and the drawers slide in and out smoothly.
You can change half of the freezer to a fridge if you need to.
The LED lighting is bright in both the fridge and freezer.
It also seems to be more efficient than our old one and doesn’t appear to cost much to run.
The only downside was the length of the cable. We have had to use a small extension lead but apart from that, I think we are happy with it.
The delivery guys were helpful and friendly and removed our old fridge freezer from the kitchen but couldn’t take the new one’s packaging but that wasn’t a real issue as we could get it to the tip but it might be an issue if you can’t.

Appauling after sales service
Our ice dispenser has never worked. We waited ages forvan appointment for an engineer to out. We he looked at our new fridge freezer he said we needed a new part
We rescheduled his repair date with a new part for Friday 28th November
Our appointment slot was better 12 and 8pm
The engineer called us at 7.30pm to say thst he was running late and had 2 more jobs to fo before coming to see us
We told him that it would too late then. We had friends over gor dinner and it wasn’t an acceptable time to come. I had waited in ftom 12noon
We have had the new fridge freezer since September and not been able to have any ice. We having to buy it weekly! Is now the 9th of December
An engineer is due out for the 3rd time this Thursday
I think that we have been treated appallingly
A brand new fridge freezer shoild not need a new part !

Good space, not great dispensing water
The fridge and freezer have loads of space and I really like the layout of fridge on top and freezer below. The water dispenser is so slow and a bit temperamental, half the time it doesn’t dispense the water

Love the fridge – courier was useless
Absolutely love it, I checked prices against lots of other retailers and this was the best, delivery company used was ridiculous though, ended up leaving it outside my kitchen door

Don’t bother paying for installation
Fridge-freezer all good. Pity about the paid-for installation. The delivery team had no interest in doing any more than unwrapping the unit. I had to stop them just leaving but they then left the unit unconnected, not fully in position and not level. I had to do all this afterwards. Attitude poor also.
