Nice and big
Very nice and big, looks great and works as intended. The depth is more than i would’ve like and the doors have to swing all the way to access the drawers, i have to open the door a little bit more every time to open the drawers but that is to maximize inside space i guess and it will surely get accustomed to it in a while. As i mentioned it’s depth, on delivery it wouldn’t fit through the house doors but i took down the fridge doors wich was fairly easy to bring it inside. Works good, hope it will last

Superb Fridge/Freezer
This Hisense fridge freezer replaced our Samsung American style fridge freezer, and i have to say we are delighted with our choice. The build quality and the design of the fridge freezer is excellent. Whilst the literate was similar to our replacement, it just feels like there is so much more space due to the top/bottom design vs our left/right Samsung. My favourite feature of this product is the Ice making draw, it is huge and makes so much Ice! As a household we use a lot of ice and were forever running out due to our Samsung appliance either not making ice fast enough or just breaking down, however the Hisense makes ice super quick, nice big cubes and the draw is huge! The fridge is Wifi and reports to a free app that you can downloaded. The app is basic but allows you to vary the temperature, switch on/off the ice maker as required. One additional great feature of this appliance is that you can switch one of the freezer compartments to a fridge if you so wish. In summary this is a superb product that knocks spots off of our Samsung fridge/freezer, we are so pleased we replaced it with a Hisense. Highly recommend product that is exceptional value for money.

Very Dissapointed
The fridge looks amazing and cant find fault at all.. wanted this for a very long time and waited for the offer by Hisense. Bought it online. The delivery company called and they seemed quite polite and helpful so I gave the measurement of my entrance door.
A few days later the delivery came and they refused to bring it inside because of the size. A lot of other retailers remove the fridge door in the vehicle and get it inside. I was so very dissapointed why thinkassemble.co.uk being such a big wholesaler cant do that. Moreover all UK entrance doors are standard unless there is a french door in the garden.
I still cant get over it so request thinkassemble.co.uk to find a logistic Company who does that. Ill wait for the next offer by Hisense now.
Customer service was appalling. I wrote and got a reply after 3 or 4 days and then again the same. Got the refund after 2weeks.Didnt expect this from thinkassemble.co.uk!!

Good quality great fridge freezer
Great fridge freezer with every box ticked for us. Full width fridge, bright and smart presentation.
Ice drawer is perfect as we were not wanting the drinks dispenser as well. and the optional use on the 3rd section as either fridge or freezer make the device very versatile.

Superb – better than hoped for.
It’s always been a mini life goal to have an American style fridge freezer so we were very selective when buying. The fridge up top, freezer below has always made more sense to me so this model ticked almost all boxes.
The delivery guys were fantastic and delivered to the exact spot requested. It was a bit of a challenge removing all the packaging, due to the weight and size but we got there in the end. The fridge does roll easily back and forth once out the packaging.
The ‘balconies’ in the fridge doors are huge and accommodated 90% of the food from our old fridge. This left the shelves looking bare but another trip to thinkassemble.co.uk soon sorted that out. It was good to be able to fit the giant pizzas and cake in without having to play ‘fridge tetris’.
Having the option of using one of the freezer compartments as a fridge is a useful option although it would severely restrict available freezer space. The remaining freezer section has the ice maker, two drawers and narrow door balconies.
So far so good, well recommended.

Just love my new fridge freezer so people friendly with the fridge on the top. Because you tend to go into your fridge more than the freezer so it’s logical to put the freezer on the bottom.

Product is really good but not satisfied with delivery time as while ordinary it mentioned as standard delivery and I was assuming it takes 3-4 working days but it took 10 days as for local delivery is too much and we suffered for 3 days for milk and other essentials to keep in ..

Good Value and a Good Buy.
Good value and interior has decent build quality . The doors open to reveal shelves wide enough for large pans and dishes so no need to decant food into smaller containers. It’s not the last word in efficiency being E rated but you’d need to pay a lot more up front to get anything comparable but cheaper to power. It is is reasonably silent – a bit of soft gurgling like a dishwasher from time to time but no vibration. Be warned – it weighs 150kg and doesn’t come apart for easy installation . The thinkassemble.co.uk delivery team were outstanding in getting it into place but it was touch and go as to whether it got returned for something lighter. Significant saving at thinkassemble.co.uk compared to other retail outlets .
