I ordered this radio earpiece as I carry a hytera radio working inside a prison, their supplied earpieces are not comfortable in the slightest so I tested this one out and the difference was amazing. The soft flexible earpiece is a much better fit in my ear than the old one, it also does not pinch either. The clear stretchy bit conforms nicely to my body without getting caught up when I am working. The sound quality is just as good as my original and the volume is equally loud if you need it to be, the quality appears to be excellent and so far no issues at all so I would say functionally this product should be equal in performance and has so far proven to be reliable. The price I would suggest is very much on the higher end of the spectrum for my tastes but time will tell how long it lasts, so far so good.
