The Hisense freezer is brilliant very quiet delivery very fast filled in the online form that gave me a lot of options to choose from the delivery driver was very good put the freezer in the garage for me.

Freezer dead on arrival. Still waiting for the broken freezer to be picked up.
Now I have a broken freezer in my garage, I’m almost £400 out of pocket and have no freezer capacity. And I was trying for over 2hrs to get through to support. I have never had worse experience!!

Great freezer but beware!
Great freezer, surprisingly light, good size and got down to temp quickly. One thing to note though is when you open it, once you close it, you will not be able to open it for a couple of hours. It vacuums itself shut and will not open, I very nearly snapped the handle! I’m sure it’s a sign of quality; but for storage, not repeated short use!

Bought to replace my 20 year old freezer , it works well and is much cheaper to run than the old freezer probably about a third of the cost .
Also very quiet when running .
