Disappointing order this time.
This has been a disappointing experience. As you can see a 41 cm lawn mower was ordered. What arrived was a 36 cm lawnmower.
I’m 77 and I decided to keep this as I needed a manageable lawn mower urgently. My husband had died in a hospice that week from an unexpected and severe illness. I am not strong enough to handle the lawn mower he used.
My son was visiting and put together the lawnmower. A part was missing. It is the part that joins the lower handle attached to the mower to the extended handle that allows you to push the machine.
I contacted CS and after some long palaver on the phone to a rep, I eventually received what I hoped would be the missing part. I received two parts I did not need.
The mower itself, with the top handle attached with a tie wrap, works quite well and I am pleased with that.
I buy quite a lot from thinkassemble.co.uk and have been satisfied on every other occasion. However, this purchase has been disappointing for the reasons stated above.
