Nice sofa
Lovely sofa, we ordered swatches first so we could decide colour, picked the dark grey. It reclines easily, charges your appliances and is very comfy. Only fault for me is it’s higher than i thought. When we looked in store the legs were smaller, but the legs are taller and me being small, i can’t touch the floor. This can be uncomfortable so I raise the foot rest a bit so my feet done dangle. I’m used to it now and we are happy. The sofa is sturdy and comfortable, it wasn’t at first but it’s fine now. We bought 2 adapters so we don’t have wires as we wanted the sofa away from the wall. They charge perfectly with the sofa charging cable.

Great Sofa but…
The sofa was great but the delivery company didnt want to assemble so I had to just tell them to take it back then as costco say this is assembled so not happy about the service thinkassemble.co.uk need to sort this out as I won’t be buying any sofas if this happens again !

Stylish sofa
This is a very nice looking and comfortable soft leather sofa. Recliners work effortlessly. When both seats are fully reclined however the sofa feels a bit unsteady.

DO NOT ORDER purchased one originally from store, lasted 18 months and the motor (or something) went. Chair licked with foot rest up. Took ages and numerous and I mean numerous called and visits to store only for them to com out with the wrong part. Nearly 3 months later and thinkassemble.co.uk finally agreed to a refund. Took the plunge again a couple of weeks ago but ordered it online this time. TURNED UP EACH SIDE A DIFFERENT COLOUR. Beware, the deliver men rolled, yes rolled the sofa across my garden causing, who knows what unseen damage, and then really didn’t want to take it back when I refused it.

Beautiful sofa
I absolutely love this sofa, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. The colour is perfect and the quality is fantastic. My husband and I are both tall and the seat height is great. The delivery guys from HDS were brilliant, really friendly, professional and they made sure we were happy with everything before they left. We bought the chair too and are so pleased with both. Usual thinkassemble.co.uk excellence and value; delivered as expected and in short time period. The delivery people brought the sofa and single seat in, all,boxed up. They took the pieces out and assembled the furniture fairly quickly, then took away all the packaging. Very pleased with the items, stylish and comfortable.

Poor seating support
Good looking but the seating area is showing signs of reduced support after only a few months.

sofa is less comfortable than the one we sat in in store, the back of the sofa make you sit bent forward slightly making the sitting position uncomfortable, the leather seems stiffer than the one we tested.

Ordered two x two seater sofas and a chair to replace our older suite. Was a bit unsure having not been able to try before we bought but are very happy with our purchase. Leather and colour are excellent. Seats are quite firm but very comfortable. Would recommend.

The quality of the leather is amazing and soft. The recliner operates very smoothly. The colour is exactly as it is online. The delivery guys were very professional assembling the sofa and took all the wrapping away. We always check costco 1st when buying furniture in the future. Once the order was placed we were given a delivery date within the same week which was great. On the day of delivery we were happy with the people who came in and assembled the sofa without any fuss. I would not hesitate in using the service again.

Complete nightmare !!!
Ordered the settee on 10/8/24 . So far I have had 3 delivered and taken away again . 2 deliveries had 2 right hand halves instead of right and left and the other delivery had the wrong back ( for a larger sofa ) One was second hand and had been used . So still without a sofa , Kinetic Logistics , who do the delivery are absolutely useless and thinkassemble.co.uk dont care !!! Difficult to rate the sofa when I havent got it !!!

Disappointed with chairs
The leather on the seat cushions on both chairs has stretched and looks bad within a week or two of purchase The sofa cushions are still ok so I assume the chairs were not made as well as the sofa. I’m dissapointed .

Great sofa but!
Nice sofa no complaints on that but the delivery is a complete joke. First they decided the night before my chosen date they can’t deliver then when they eventually deliver the drivers say “we are just delivery drivers we don’t unpack or assemble” even though this is meant to be a part of the service.
After calling thinkassemble.co.uk was told to Google the assembly instructions which there weren’t any and the lady hung up on me.
This has completely put me off buying an other large items from thinkassemble.co.uk.

Leather recliner
Very disapointed with it.we thought we were bying quality as we always liked costco products.
This creeks every time you sit in it and the seated area is already worn in 3 months very unhappy.
