From thinking of an absolute nightmare because my Versa 2 was broken as in accidentally put in the washing machine and not being able to get it going again. I didn’t know how to remove this from my account. Couldn’t find a work around as Versa is being discontinued after being navigated to Google. But it appears there are two years for customer care and updates from date of purchase and as my last watch lasted just three years and in all honesty was beginning to fail on battery power time . So the fitbit app isn’t easy to get to I found an email with my stats and signed in from there, the thing is, you don’t have to delete the old watch at all, you just set up the new one in your existing account and it just overrides the old watch and keeps your profile and all your targets and settings. So after a fretful day yesterday. Got up and got on with it today. Battery life seems good at 6 days Screen size is good and easy to read which is good for me because i have poor eyesight. I like the updated connectivity with a USB to PC and magnetic connection to the watch too

Wonderful. Great quality. Great sleep tracker and checks heart rate. Keeps track of steps and sends reminders. Good size. Very good value for money. Brightness is good.

The Fitbit Versa 4 is a smart-looking smartwatch!Pros:+ It comes in a number of different colours (I opted for the beet strap with the rose copper case).+ It looks stylish and smart.+ The display is very easy to see and use.+ It is lightweight and comfortable to wear.+ Alexa works well on it.+ You can receive calls and messages.+ It comes with 40 fitness tracking modes.+ It includes all the basic tracking you might hope for—for example: heart rate, sleep, and step count.Cons:- The heart rate monitor isn’t particularly accurate.- You can no longer download or use third-party apps.- There is no Google Assistant or music control (e.g., you can no longer download or use Spotify).- Some additional features are locked behind a monthly subscription paywall. In summary, if you’re looking for a relatively affordable, easy-to-use smartwatch that looks good and you’re not fussed about having lots of apps or music control, then it comes highly recommended

I gifted this watch as a present to my sister for her birthday and she tells me that it is nice looking on her wrist and she loves the functionality of the sleep tracking and all the other fitness features that the app can control. She is a mature lady so this smart watch is an excellent way to keep her healthy and she is extremely happy with it.

I wanted to use this watch for a few weeks before leaving a review. I’m so pleased with this watch, it does everything I need it to and more. Having spent almost £75 in total on 3 cheap versions which promise to do everything this one does, which they most definitely didn’t, I wish I had put that money towards this one in the first place. It monitors all my steps, heart rate, time in the zone, sleep and on and on. Also sends me notifications for all of my apps and reminds me every hour if I need to move more, which was a little annoying to begin but actually is exactly what I needed. It’s such a minefield choosing the fitness tracker watch that suits your every need and they can be so expensive for the Samsung and Garmin ones. Definitely recommend this watch, needs charging every 3 to 4 days but I knew that before I purchased it, so pleased I finally found a watch that does everything it promises 💯

As part of a major fitness and weight loss drive, I started wearing Fitbits in 2018. Since then, I have been through seven of the things. They tend to break or become useless after a year or so, with a maximum of two years. They’ve just broken down, batteries have failed, got terminally confused after an update, or just stopped reading key parameters. It’s the last failure mode that concerns me most, and this has plagued my last three Fitbits – a Sense 2 and two Versa 4s. Hence this review. This extended saga started with a Fitbit Sense 2 that had lost the ability to log sleep or sleep scores, together with all health metrics except RHR, after 18 months of use. Moreover, its stress and readiness scores never worked – displaying nothing most of the time, and junk data at othersTwo months ago, I replaced it with a Versa 4, and was surprised to see it displaying identical problems. So I returned it to thinkassemble.co.uk, and replaced it with a second Versa 4. You can probably guess the outcome now – the second replacement is also manifesting exactly the same issues.Discounting the hypothesis that I’m actually dead, but have somehow failed to notice it, we here see three successive Fitbits unable to record exactly the same parameters – sleep, sleep score, BR, SpO2, HRV and Skin Temp. With stress and readiness as total non-starters. Either I’ve been staggeringly unlucky, or all three units do exhibit exactly the same problems.I tend to go with the latter. Now, if I were a cynical and deeply suspicious person, I might conclude that something more systematic is going on here. Maybe someone had the bright idea of using the cripple hammer on Fitbits to move customers onto Google Pixel watches – despite the fact that their battery life remains pitiful, and they don’t work at all with my Apple phones and tablets.Perish the thought, so let’s park that hypothesis on one side for the moment, and let me use this review to 1) warn potential customers and 2) ask Fitbit/Google two simple questions:1) What’s going on here? and2) What are they going to do about it?You will understand from all this why I simply cannot recommend Fitbits, any Fitbit, to anyone at this time. It’s just not worth the hassle.Postscript. It now appears that Google has quietly stopped producing Fitbits to focus on their own Pixel. Well, that explains everything now, doesn’t it? Fitbit is dead, don’t be conned into buying one.
