Very good product, accurate info, (lots of it), slight drawback would have liked longer battery life, but charges very quickly

I liked the watch strap and thought it was of good quality. However after 2 months my watch fell off when the strap broke. A permanent link attaching the strap to the clasp had come out and got lost. This was not one of the removable links for shortening the strap. The photograph shows the position of the failure – a removable link has been inserted to show were the permanent link came out. I’ve given it a three stars because the item is of good quality and I have assuming that it is possibly a a fault with this particular sample.

I just got my GOLFBUDDY golf watch yesterday and tried it for the first time today. I loved everything about it. The distances were accurate, and the hole flyover feature was impressive. The watch was comfortable to wear, and the touch screen was very responsive. It offers tons of features.Updating the watch using your computer is straightforward. I reached out to GOLFBUDDY customer service to get my local course uploaded, and the lady I spoke with was very helpful and made the process easy.I highly recommend this watch and am looking forward to using it again tomorrow.

I have only had this product 11 months and it keeps shutting down the golf mode and returns to the watch mode. Unable to use for its intended purpose

Integrazione della recensione precedente dopo due prove sul campo ho constatato che non regge nemmeno 18 buche ovvero la batteria dura meno di 5 ore in entrambi i casi ha dato l’alert alla buca 14 e si è spento dopo due buche lasciandomi completamente al buio per il resto delle buche e della giornata. Non è uno smartwatch, ma solo GPS Golf, le istruzioni sono solo in inglese, francese e con ideogrammi, la base di ricarica è instabile per cui scordatevi di caricarlo in macchina perché alla prima vibrazione la base si stacca dall’orologio, date le funzionalità il costo è assolutamente spropositato, con gli stessi soldi si compra un Garmin con funzionalità superiore, purtroppo volevo sottrarmi al monopolio del Garmin ma mi è andata male, per pigrizia non lo restituisco.

Vibrant color screen
Replaced my W11 when it stopped charging after 4 years. Couldn’t reach customer service but figured after 4 years I could use a new watch.So, good basic GPS watch with nice color touch screen. Screen is bright at 60% level. It is brighter and clearer than S62 and LX5. Each watch has pros and cons and the W12 was my final choice.Built in scorecard is convenient.Bluetooth is a waste of battery life.It just connects to app for stats and not for updates. Have to connect to computer for updates.Shot distance is not automatic like Garmin.

Great watch for the golfer in the family
Bought as a Christmas gift. Son loves it he states works great and had no issues with the local courses appearing on the watch. Definite win!

Such a shame because the features this device has to offer, especially the 2D overview of each hole, are impressive for the money. But it just doesn’t work. Right from the start I had difficulty getting the screen to respond to swipes and taps but it worked clunkily for a few rounds. Then it gave up altogether – completely unresponsive. Then the screen became distorted but still unresponsive. Getting it to transition from one hole to the next was hit and miss when it was working, and a lot of the swipe gestures described in the handbook would only work intermittently. Foolishly this is the second Golf Buddy watch I’ve had. The first one had basically the same problems until it too simply gave up working after a year or so. I bought the second one because I liked the features and some of the reviews were ok, but I should have known better. The product feels and is cheaply made compared with others. Don’t buy it. I will have to replace it again, but this time I will spend a bit more on a reliable non-Chinese product. As they say, buy cheap buy twice, or in my case, three times.

Very good bit of kit works well but the only downside side is trying to connect to blue tooth , still having problems but still works well without Bluetooth

Has to be the best watch on the market for the money. Looks really smart and comes with a spare strap. The features are brilliant, the 2D overview before teeing off, the ease to put your scores in & count your putts. You can have as many features on or off as you want by simply changing your settings. Battery life is great. I would 100% recommend to any keen golfer.
