Really love my new flooring. Despite the fact some reviews stated it was dark, it really isn’t. I’d describe it more as driftwood. With various shades that make it perfect to blend with other woods.
Bought when an offer was on so the price was very competitive. It arrived within days of ordering and the delivery team brought it as close to the house as possible.
The instructions were easy to follow and we had it down in no time.
We are 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend this product to other customers.

Good floor but some damaged as packaging is poor
The flooring is good stuff but as other reviews one of the boxes had been damaged which meant all planks had been damage on the corner. I managed to work the cuts out to remove this damage but that was more luck. The packaging needs to be improved.

Colour different
Disappointed. Colour was very different to picture on website. Have had to arrange a return. Return is complicated as all needs to be packed back on to the pallet and left on kerbside for collection.

No where near the same colour as shown – the packs we received contained grey flooring. The biggest mistake though was ordering on line – waited about 2 weeks for delivery and then the hassle of arranging a collection. In the end we had to take the packs back to the nearest store as thinkassemble.co.uk said unable to collect for at least 2 weeks and then further delay to process the refund… I would suggest only buying from store where you could check the colour before buying, although that said you cannot see what is in these packs until they are opened.. so you may be in for a surprise when you do open them..

Excellent quality rigid core vinyl planks
This flooring is excellent quality and the planks fit together beautifully. The colour is slightly darker than expected but the finished effect is lovely, an attractive “wood” floor with all the benefits of vinyl – hard wearing, water resistant, will not expand and contract or fade in the sun.
