Superb quality flooring
Recently moved house and bought this flooring to lay in the house excluding the bathrooms and vestibule which are tiled. It is a superb flooring, colour is light and lifts every room, easy to lay and can highly recommend it.

Not the correct sample
Great flooring but dont rely on the samples they send they are not the correct colours. Luckily the flooring we ordered we loved anyway but it was a completely didnt colour from the sample they sent

Samples too small to evaluate. Colour variation from online photos is notoriously too risky to make a direct purchase. I wanted 4 or 5 samples and even offered to pay for samples in store but you do not offer this service to your fee-paying members. Why not? You’re missing out on the market here and your customers will shop elsewhere, as we have had to do.
