– Passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase until first activation
– Your pass is activated at your first attraction visit
– It is then valid for entry to 4 attractions, tours or activities over 30 days.
– Please note days are not defined as 24-hour periods, but calendar days
– Adult pass is valid for individuals aged 16 years or more
– Child pass is valid for individuals aged 4-15 years
– Included attractions and experiences are subject to change, and days and times of operation may vary. Each attraction can only be visited once
– For the best experience sync your pass to the Go City app available on Android or iOS

How to Redeem:

– Your pass is fully digital and will be delivered via email within 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Additional processing time may be required
– Follow the instructions in the email to sync your pass and download the Go City app
– You ll need to use your email and order number to download your pass and place reservations on the app
– Make sure to read instructions for each attraction before you go
– Popular attractions and tours require you to place reservations in advance. Follow instructions on the app
– On the day of your visit show your pass to be scanned at the gate or ticket office together with any proof of reservation
