Nice and cheap landline phone. Good for call volume and fairly easy to set up. Nice that it’s cordless at that price. Only thing is I would say the ringtone volume could be a little louder.

I have brought Panasonic, Sony, BT and Phillips phones all was not very good at all so I ordered these as I thought if I have fault I’m not losing as much money as before THEY ARE AMAZING!! very clear not an issue at all and easy to set up and use I 100% recommend these and would advise people to buy these before thinking about the more expensive ones the phones are unbelievably clear and the battery life is really good as I’m not so good at putting them on charge I forget alot 😂

There’s little to fault in the sound quality, in telephone conversations. However, the ring tone, even turned to maximum, is virtually inaudible at any distance beyond about a single meter. This applies to anyone with even unimpaired hearing, as in my case. In other words, the item is virtually useless. The regular returns window is now closed on the screen. Trade law, Think Assemble should be reminded, insists that an item purchased should be fit for the purpose for which it was intended for at least a year. This telephone is evidently not of that quality. Think Assemble, therefore, is requested to provide me with an address to which it may be returned, and a refund of the cost.
