Very easy to program and so far working well . It’s loud and so many numbers to save on memory. I purchased a more expensive brand initially but it wasn’t allowing to save numbers on memory. This is just perfect as my elderly mother only has to remember which button is programmed for whom. So convenient.

I like this phone easy to use, nice large number and a memory fpr important number, l return this to Think Assemble as l fpund it five pounds cheaper on another site.

This is the less amplifying CL100 version of this phone which does not need it’s own power source. I have tried the powered version and also other makes but found that this one, fully turned up to amplify the volume and louden the high tones, works best to overcome my moderate, typically mostly top end, hearing loss. It’s enough of a loss to require hearing aids but not all the time and not when using this phone. More amplification from a powered model might be needed for those with worse hearing but this is best avoided if possible because various sound quality problems usually then appear. This phone has all the usual facilities but no unnecessary complications. I found small mobile type amplified phones a pain for house use because of having too many buttons too easily accidentally touched. This one has quite good maximum ringer volume but I use a supplementary ringer to cover distant rooms.
