I previously had the Venu 2 and this is a very evident upgrade. The additional features and battery life a fantastic! It’s a fairly expensive watch and I wish they’d incorporate more metrics for disabled users. It was simple to connect to my other devices and WiFi and the screen is clear. Photos installed using the app are significantly better than on my previous Venu. It feels well made.

Good watch, i will see the battery, but from experience it will last okLooks like the app is a bit har to use it , you don’t find that easy info or settingsAll the watch faces are with money, it’s har to find something free

My wrist measured 17cms and I thought it would be too big and bulky on my wrist. I’m surprised at how good it looks. The two button’s fantastic. I can now actually work it for training. The touch screen makes it much easier. For someone who has to wear glasses for reading, I can read the text messages without my glasses. Wow what a game changer. This watch does not disappoint. Having had to charge my old 45s up every day, I do panic a bit about charging it. Yes it does last the 12 days . I just get to 3 and need to charge it. Now charging is very very quick so I can relax knowing I will always be able to use it. I never wore a watch to bed before. So now wear this every night. The sleep score and chart is very interesting. Shows when a stressed day is not a great night sleep , but in bed before 11pm and a good night sleep. No of this is technical data. But for any normal person who just wants to know and chart fitness hope this helps.Overall 💯 the best watch I have had.

Wanted to give a 2 star but for the build quality of the actual watch and software. I think this item is overpriced. Considering its user experience, poor display, pixilated UX design and operational speed, it should be 100 or 70 pounds cheaper. My 150 pound Xiaomi watch has better crisp graphics and overall user experience. I watched couple of online reviews before buying but none mentioned how poor the UX was. But on the positive side, I think it commanded some form of quality in the hardware department. I think Garmin should decouple their GPS design team from the the watch team or hire a new UX designer. There was no wow factor about my less than 1 day use of this watch.

I really liked the watch and the facilities that I used on a daily basis. But I found the menu system both confusing and frustrating.Somethings were simply other things were very difficult.I thought the app was awful and it offered very little. The general use of the watch and reviewing the data the following day was very good.I had notifications set up to disturb me during certain hours, but somehow this got altered and it started sending me notifications when I was asleep. I found it very difficult to stop this, I tried settings both on the watch and the app but it kept sending notifications when I tried to sleep.Only way I could get around it was to completely restore the watch back to factory settings. The following day notifications stopped working altogether so I returned it back to thinkassemble.co.uk.

Fantastic Fitness Watch with Excellent Activity Support
The Garmin Venu 4 has been an absolutely fantastic watch. The build quality is great, the screen is crisp, and the battery life easily lasts through busy days and long workouts. What really stands out is how well it supports all types of activities—whether it’s strength training, running, cardio, or daily tracking, the metrics are accurate and super helpful. The workout features are easy to use, the heart-rate tracking is reliable, and the guided training options make staying consistent a lot easier. It also syncs smoothly with the app, giving you detailed breakdowns that actually feel useful, not overwhelming. If you’re looking for a high-quality fitness watch with excellent activity support and a premium feel, the Venu 4 is a great choice. I’m extremely happy with it.

    Venu 4 review
I’ve used several smartwatches, but the Venu 4 is the first one that perfectly balances high-end fitness tech with a sleek, everyday look.
