I had done my research here. I’d read up on various different ‘Garmin compatible’ out-front bike mounts, there were cheaper options but some people had commented that others ‘flex’ which with the vibration from the road made it hard to read. With that in mind I bought the Garmin version and it is magnificent. I’d thought that it might be a waste of money given that Garmin supply you with a holder that you attach directly to the handle-bar, it in itself is very useful and fine. But, this product is one of those that I’d class as being “once you try it, you won’t go back”. The reason being is that the forward position makes it easier and safer to read data from your Garmin while riding, you don’t have to look at such a steep angle that you have to take your eyes completely from the road. Another positive is that I’ve freed-up some room on my handlebar to put my light on. I’ve the Garmin 800 which is fairly wide, now it is out-front it isn’t in the way of my light.

Great bit of kit and compliments the bike seamlessly and much preferable both aesthetically and practically (I.e. closer to my line of sight) to the standard Garmin stem mount.I’ve not had to adjust it since mounting but have only run it for 1 month. It is however expensive ultimately for a piece of plastic, but worth it.Ps Delivery was next day as promised.

Nicely made product, good quality.

This CAN be modded to fit a Wahoo Elemnt or Elemnt Bolt! Read on…..This is a really nicely made mount. Hinges to open around the bars and all the bolts go into metal nuts etc. It’s really not worth the RRP at the end of the day, but its a good product. Will fit regular bars as well as larger MTB bars by using an included rubber adapter. However! It won’t fit a Garmin with a silicone case on it. My Edge 200 fits beautifully but not with a thin silicone case that I had for it as it stops the device pushing down into the mount just a little – you could probably force it, but i’m not doing that. Probably not a big deal for most people. The main benefit for me though is that the puck in the mount can be unscrewed and moved 90 degrees. For Garmin this is to accommodate a watch adapter, but for us Wahoo Elemnt users this means that the mount is then the right way around for these computers too. You DO have to cut away a tiny (<1mm) bit of plastic from one side of where the wings fit into it, but thats a doddle and makes no difference to the strength of the mount. Youtube has plenty of vids on this subject to follow.Hey presto I can use the same mount for either computer......perfect!

A bit expensive, but looks good and holds The Garmin in a position which is easier to scan. Most of the pro riders seem to have them out front. Easy to fit on any diameter bars. Also bought a cheaper model, which also does the job well, the only difference is, apart from the quality of the material, is that the cheaper one has its fixing bolt underneath, which makes it slightly more fiddley to fit, whereas the fixing bolt on the Garmin holder is on top.

Great product! I found the standard mounting didn’t leave enough clearance between the bars & my Garmin edge touring so it was tricky to remove. This is much better, easy to fit to the bars & just a simple twist to dock your device. Once located it seems very secure. It’s worth the extra expense.

In short it would not fit the narrow handlebars I wanted it for due to limiting bolt and insert options. I nearly sent it back, but put it on my other bike as my out in front mount no longer fitted after I changed my stem. It is sturdy and does not move, but not worth the £20 I paid for it.
Robert Derek Scandle –
After buying a new bike, my spare stem mount would not fit onto the new bike due to the Di2 junction box fitted in the underside of the stem, therefore I had to choose a mount that would move the Garmin out in front if the stem. Fitted no problem at all in minutes, very good quality and is great for reading the display when you are flat out with your nose buried in the bars!

Very convenient and easy to install
The Garmin out front mount makes it much easier to view your Garmin and use the device while riding, which allows you to keep your eye on the road where they belong. I highly recommend that you get one if you have not got one already!

Sehr gute Halterung
Einfach top!

Good quality and versatile mount.
Not only will this mount incorporate your garmin edge gps you can also use an Olight bike light for the mount as well. I highly recommend this garmin forward mount.

Per ora è ok
Arrivato come da programma è stato studiato meglio della versione precedente il serraggio della vite e migliore c’è più spessore per stringere essendo plastica….Il prezzo mi sembra alto comunque provato è stabile e non si muove per ora è ok
