Gallery Hinks Brown Faux Leather Dining Chair, 2 P
Very good looking and lightweight chairs. However, the legs scratched the floor so i added the pads underneath and it is okay now.Very easy to assemble. The cushion is thin but i have always used thick cushioned chairs so may be I am not used to of the thin ones. They are great and comfortable and I would definitely recommend them as they are very good value for the money. I bought six of them

Not as described- be careful.
These are not as described in the blurb. They have bronze legs not Matt black. Be careful.And thinkassemble.co.uk customer services did not respond well. Failed to return calls after promises. The chairs themselves are good quality. My concerns are with the description on the website and customer service.

Stylish comfort
I ordered these last month and am really happy with them!
They are stylish and very comfortable, also easy to put together.
However one of them the frame is a little off and I had to wait 3 weeks for them.
I ordered 4 and have now ordered another 2 , I will try the frame that is not fitting perfectly on the new arrivals to see if that fits better! Overall a great product for a reasonable price.

Impossible to build
Received 6 chairs in 3 boxes. Endeavoured to build 3 of the chairs and with some effort managed to build 1 chair. The frame is fixed to the underside of the chairs by securing bolts. Unfortunately the frame did not fit flush to the chair so that once you partially secured the first bolt (in the recommended order) the second bolt would not fix. I then loosely manage to fix 2 bolts, however once starting to tighten, the other bolt would pop.
Very disappointed as we previously bought the stools which we managed to build and were looking for the dining chairs to match.
The quality of the product is actually excellent, just unfortunate unable to build these. It is worth noting that I am very practical and do a lot of DIY, so the issue was not user.
Also worth noting that the process in obtaining a refund and getting the chairs uplifted by thinkassemble.co.uk was long and protracted. Had to prove with videos that the product was faulty and was then only initially refunded for 4 chairs. Eventually got the other 2 refunded.

Excellent quality but base slightly wrong shape
The quality and look of the chairs is excellent.
The only issue is the holes in the seat don’t line up perfectly to the holes in the leg base and is a slightly different shape. The base isn’t therefore fitted as well as it should.

Great look & super comfy
Just received my chairs – slight hiccup with first batch as colour & quantity wrong but when the order did arrived I’ve been more than happy. Very easy to fix legs to seat. Very modern and very comfortable to sit in – this was main concern ordering on line as can’t try before buy.

Faux leather dining chair
Hi , we have a plastic level stopper missing from one chair which means we have x 3 in situ and one missing so the chair is uneven on the floor .
Can you please send one or advise me what I need to do as the chair is unusable without this plastic leveller that attaches to leg of chair .
